I guess we can't call Tom a professional actor at this point, but when he does appear in a movie, he always makes his presence known. He played a wonderful, sentimental psychopath here, and his bunny was cute as hell. A serial killer who hunts down and kills other serial killers is not a very original concept, but his introduction flashback was amazing. That Zodiac scene was pure genius.
Tom's grade won't be high, since he acts only part-time these days, but he'll get a data sheet regardless. I think he did a good job in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus and The Book of Eli as well. All supporting parts but memorable.
