Just like his costars from this movie, he is very comfortable with doing the same thing over and over, and the steady flow of teenage-targeted comedies with Jonah Hill is not about to stop any time soon. But, since he is not a megastar, and there is always fresh new nerdy looking young actor just around the corner, waiting to be discovered, adding some versatility can never hurt.
I'm glad to see that he realizes that. He was great in Moneyball, and he has more dramas coming out, so it looks like he is actively trying to expand his range. He is also in a big demand - just look at that list of upcoming movies. I have to admit, he is not my favorite actor when comedy is concerned, but I'll be looking forward to see more serious performances from him. I think he's got something :) The Watch was a waste though.
